You’re a natural-born CEO and a confident go-getter.
You prioritize what’s important — so you manage your time like a boss. (Everyone is dying to know how you do this!!)
When it comes to the household, you pride yourself on running a well-organized ship. Apps and planners are your best friends (you’d be lost without them!).
As for your family, you’re a no-nonsense mom with high expectations for your kids. You know that your guidance and discipline NOW will help them become successful adults LATER.
Others around you marvel at how your goal-oriented nature keeps you focused on high-priority tasks.
You’re the ultimate (and organized) multitasker.
In business, you’re decisive and have few regrets. If something isn’t working, you quickly pivot and move on.
Your ability to rapidly assess, decide, and execute keeps you ahead of the game.
You’re not just managing time — you’re maximizing every minute!

Your ability to rapidly assess, decide, and execute keeps you ahead of the game.
You’re not just managing time — you’re maximizing every minute!
And because of this, you might be…
I was the sleep-deprived mom who lost track of days and missed appointments.
I was the frazzled business owner who didn’t want to lose the momentum I was having with clients.
“If I put in the hours, it will pay off,” I thought.
News flash: it didn’t.
Instead, I constantly felt guilty about working and not spending time with my son. I was exhausted and felt like a failure in all areas of my life.
(The mompreneur struggle is real.)
But it doesn’t have to be like this…
You’re pushing yourself to make everything happen, and you’re not satisfied until all tasks are checked off your list. You feel that the more hours you can put in, the better and quicker the results will be. This seems like the logical approach, right?
Not really. More time doesn’t necessarily mean faster results. Remember a time when you had enough time (for example, 2 weeks) to get a project done (like a research paper due for class) only to realize that it was due tomorrow? You sit down, pull an all-nighter, and get it done to submit to class.
Likewise, it wasn’t about getting more time to complete the project. It’s all about maximizing the time you have to get results faster in your business.
Here’s what to try: Get yourself in a headspace where you are focused, determined, and energized to accomplish what you need to do in the time you’ve set aside for your business. Remember your end goal and silence the noise that tells you to do something else.
What does your internal dialogue look like?
If you forgot to send your weekly email or forgot to send lunch one day with your kid, do you belittle yourself with negative thoughts: “I can’t believe I forgot to make lunch for my own kid! I’m such a bad mom. What will the other parents think?!”
Sound familiar?
Here’s what to do instead: Encourage yourself the way you’d encourage others. And when that internal critic pipes up, challenge what it says. Just because you think the thought doesn’t make it automatically true!
Are you trying to do everything? (It’s a mom thing!)
How often do you wake up thinking of the tasks you need to accomplish today? How often is your chest tight with anxiety because you’re worried about how you’re going to get it all done?
If you’re spending all your time working either in your business or on household tasks and leaving no free time for yourself, you will feel out of balance.
Here’s what to try instead: Recognize your limits and pay attention to your body. Identify one or two key tasks to accomplish each day and once those are done, spend that free time doing something YOU love – even if it means the kids are playing there beside you.

You need to get clear on your own expectations. How do YOU want to show up in momhood and business?
Knowing what you will or will not compromise on will help in both areas of life.
When you know exactly what your mission, vision, and core values are, these become your North Star, guiding the rest of your business decisions along the way.
Listen to your inner voice even if it is not what your mentors, experts and gurus in the online space are telling you to do.
Deep down, you know what is best for your business even if someone else feels like they know more than you do.
When you remember this, it can help you follow the path that you are meant to be on.
Your body, mind, and spirit will let you know when it is functioning well or feeling fatigued. Listen to your body, mind and spirit when they are asking for rest.
Self care as a mom and entrepreneur is under-utilized but one of the most important skills to have. If you are functioning well, it will show in other areas of your life.
Don't forget to take care of YOU.
You need to get clear on your own expectations.
How do YOU want to show up in motherhood and entrepreneurship?
Knowing your priorities helps bring balance (or whatever version of “balance” is possible being a mom).
When Christ is at the center, he becomes the great equalizer in your life.
Trust God’s plan for you even when things don’t go quite right.
Faith, hope, and trust go a long way. His plan is always for us to lean on him and believe in his plan. God has a better plan for us than we can imagine. You are in good hands.
When you remember this, it can help you banish negative self-talk so that you can ditch the “mom guilt” for good.
Your body, mind, and spirit will let you know when it is functioning well or feeling fatigued. Listen to your body, mind and spirit when they are asking for rest.
Self care as a mom and entrepreneur is under-utilized but one of the most important skills to have. You are important!
Don't forget to take care of YOU.

Hi, I’m Dr. Celia!
Board-Certified Psychiatrist.
Not Your Typical Business Productivity Coach
I teach you to prioritize and follow through—even if your only planning time is between sibling squabbles and urgent client calls.
If you’re into credentials… I’m a board-certified psychiatrist who learned the art of time management while juggling 24-hour shifts and coordinating schedules for 20 doctors (talk about pressure!).
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me savoring the perfect hazelnut oatmilk cappuccino, shamelessly re-watching Friends and Big Bang Theory (they never get old!). Evenings are for winding down with the Bible Recap and my hubby—faith fills my cup even more than coffee.
Why me? Because you need an expert who gets the real juggle, knows the science behind your struggle, and will never hand you some cookie-cutter solution. I help you get results in the mess, not when life is perfect.
